Summary: Internal wrapper around LinkExternalCancellation so sibling operators (in their SubscribeAsyncCore) can wire an upstream observer's dispose token into this observer's link chain. Combined with the cached _externalLinkedToken fast-path inside TryEnterOnSomethingCall, this turns chained operator pipelines into per-emission allocation-free flows.
